2. If you are ordering a day after we have said that we can make the cake, please check again, make sure we still have availability.  Space is allocated only once        the order has been placed and Payment received.

3. Have you been speaking to us via messenger or another form of media communication?  MAKE SURE your Cake Order contains all the details, changes etc that you would like made to your cake.

4. Collection Date, do not chose the day of the event.  Order at least 1 or 2 days before.  Mistakes happen and we have the right to fix or remake the cake.

5. You can text 07469 214707 for an update but this is still an estimate and not guaranteed, please provide order number.

6. On Collection please make sure that you are happy with your cake.  Once you have taken possession of the cake it cannot be returned.
